These days TGSS has released version 7.0 of its software for sending documents to their servers called Winsuite32 only available for Windows. Before making this update highly recommend downloading all pending messages in your mail servers dedicated to the RED system.
After this if you can give a yes to the update, as always, is highly recommended.
Edit: There is a serious bug in this software, and is in communication option when trying to download the messages throws an error TGSS redcom.exe file.
This still is not solved, but how to download is to install the JRedcom's own TGSS page and set independently. If someone needs help to comment and I lead. Has been published

third time: If you want that an outdated REDCOM.exe error you must install the full version 7.0.1 Winsuite above that you have installed.
I recommend a backup before doing this, although there is no risk because you asked if you want to keep the old database. BY Dioss decides if that question!
